Covid 19 Guidelines for Visit

-Same day appointments will  due to new screening procedures. 

 

-You must be screened twice before the appointment begins. First, within 24 hours before the appointment. You will be asked questions about your health in relation to Covid-19. You will then be asked the same questions once you arrive at your scheduled appointment, with a form that is filled out and signed.

The questions are as followed:

Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100.4 degrees or higher?

Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?

In the last 30 days, have you traveled out of state to an area that is considered a “hot spot” due to COVID-19?

Have you ever tested positive for COVID-19? 

(If you have, you must be 72 hours symptom free. Please note, once you have had COVID-19, studies reveal there is a greater chance of blood clotting in the body. Lighter pressure will be used on the legs as well as less time with massage on the legs. In some instances, a doctor's note will be mandatory. Please note: Your health and safety are my top priority. If massage therapy is deemed to be contraindicated, as it may cause a health risk for you at this time, I reserve the right to refuse/stop the session and will ask you to reschedule at a later date. A doctor’s note may be needed to provide a session)

-I will be taking my temperature often during the day. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. This will be done with a contact-less thermometer to your forehead. You will be given hand sanitizer for your hands.

-I will be wearing a mask. You must wear a mask, except when you are laying on your stomach and your face is in the face cradle, unless you have a condition that would inhibit your health. 

-All forms must be filled out before the session begins.

-Please follow all instructions.

Office Safety and Cleaning Procedures

-Appointments are scheduled to allow enough time in between each session to clean, sanitize and disinfect the treatment room and high touch surfaces.

-A hepa air filter is used in the treatment room.

-Clean sheets, face cradle, blanket and towel are always provided and changed for each client.

-Every high touch surface will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each client and throughout the day.

-I will wear a mask and throughout the day I will take my temperature.

Cancellation Policy

I strongly believe that your time is valuable as is mine. In my commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of my clients, I have the following policies.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies.

If you cancel your appointment (mobile or office) within 12 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged a fee of 25% of the services booked.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (office) you will be charged a fee of 50% of the services booked.
For mobile services, if I arrive at your home for your appointment and you are not there, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the services booked.


I recognize that the time of my clients and myself is valuable and I have implemented these policies for this reason. When you cancel last minute or miss an appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.


All services require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show as stated above.

When services are completed, you may pay by cash, check or credit card.

Other Policies

NJ Sales Tax  of 6.625% is included in the service price for massage

Extra fee for travel will be added for more than 45 minutes of travel time. This will be discussed when booking an appointment.

Gift Certificates Available

  • Gift Certificates must be present at time of service

  • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash

  • There are no refunds or returns of gift certificates and they cannot be exchanged for cash

  • The gift certificate will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen

  • If the amount of the service given exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, then the redeemer is responsible for the additional amount

  • If there is a balance after service is redeemed, then that amount remains on the gift certificate. It cannot be returned for cash.
