My Story

Hello and welcome!

My name is Christina, I am a highly trained and experienced licensed massage therapist dedicated to promoting wellness and relaxation.

I graduated from the massage therapy program from The Chubb Institute in 2006. I am licensed by the state of NJ (license number is 18KT00371300).

I also attended The Capri Institute in 2000 and have a NJ license in Cosmetology (license number 32WG04443200).

I have received advanced training in many different modalities. I have attended and completed multiple courses for deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, geriatric massage, pre and post natal massage, body scrubs and wraps, and I am certified in manual lymph drainage (Vodder technique).

With over 17 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients in various settings, including in their home, rehabilitation centers and hospitals.

My approach to massage therapy is targeted and client-centered. I specialize in providing a customized session for each client, which allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs and preferences of my clients.

I work with a wide variety of ages and health conditions with my clients. My youngest client has been 4 years old to someone who is 102 years old. I have worked with clients that have acute or chronic pain, sport’s maintenance, ALS, Parkinson’s, stroke, cancer, pre or post natal, stress and anxiety, lymph conditions and much more.

My goal is to help my clients experience reduced pain, reduced stress, increased flexibility, and improve their overall health through the healing powers of massage therapy.

I am deeply passionate about the positive impact of massage therapy in my client’s lives, and I find immense satisfaction in helping my clients on their journey to wellness.
