This massage integrates modalities to ensure the improvement of your areas of pain and discomfort. Some modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Aromatherapy. The modalities used depend on my initial consultation with you and what your areas of concern are.  This massage can be full body or just the targeted areas.
